To minimize this we ask that you provide a shipping address of a location where the mail is delivered inside. Should your Shea Body Butter melt, you can use it melted or put it in the refrigerator to solidify. Although it may not regain its original texture, it will maintain its amazing scent and moisturizing properties. We do not offer exchanges or refunds if the Shea Body Butter melts.”

Ingredients: Hemp Seed Oil, Jojoba Oil, Apricot Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Pumpkin Seed Oil, Avocado Oil and Tocopherol( Vitamin E).

Our butters and oils are natural with no preservatives and typically have a 12 month shelf life.  We suggest keeping them in a cool environment.
